The case study

From a 90-day windowto a body of work.

Re-architected the AI triage workflow into a typed, observable, eval-driven product. Got through HIPAA review in one pass and shipped to 60 clinics in the first quarter. Below is the long version — the brief, the approach, and the numbers we put on the wall after launch.

01 · The challenge

Luminary's clinical console was a busy triage view the team had learned to live with. Clinicians were saving the same 12 phrases to a notes app because the AI suggestions felt arbitrary.

02 · The approach

We rebuilt the triage workflow as a typed, observable pipeline with a real eval harness. Suggestions got provenance, confidence, and a one-click path back to source data.

03 · The outcome

HIPAA review in one pass, 60 clinics live in the first quarter, and a console clinicians recommend to colleagues on the way out of a shift.
